We'll still return because your out of the mess of Moab and Thomson has a lot of riding close by but we hope that in the upcoming years they'll find hosts who care to be there.

We are repeat customers every year and we love the area and what it has to offer. In the previous years the facilities were always clean and the park was an awesome place to be.

For 4 days, day and night people drove between our campers. My wife and I were were made to feel like second-class citizens! I finally parked my truck in between our two campers after the four nights stay turned into a seven-night stay with our overbooked neighbor.

We will not be back here and do not suggest it to anyone else. Thanks Ballard RV Park, for nothing!

Staff was beyond helpful. Asked if they had an extra fuse because one in our camper blew. They walked over and asked an on-site tech that was there and he spent 30 minutes with us on our camper and narrowed down some other items. The park is fairly bland but has full hookups and a nice staff.

The park is very poorly managed and the manager himself, Dave, was very rude! He didn't take any kind of responsibility for putting us up a creek without a paddle and blamed it on their reservation system. You had our phone numbers!! Have the decency to call and prioritize the people who have been booked longer.

Two weeks in on a one month stay Dave the manager said he had to use the road across from me as a campsite due to overbooking. He also continued to use the 10ft between our campers as the road.

Because of the time of year we wanted to come we booked ahead of time so we knew we'd have a spot. They had our names and phone numbers for my husband and a friend. We had requested to camp next to each other.

We will not be going back to a campground with a manager that put our safety in Jeopardy because of his incompetence.

Great area to stay if you're visiting the national parks in the Moab area. Easy access off of the freeway I-70. It can be quite dark if you're trying to find it after the sun has set.

Fast forward to the night we come into camp and "I'm sorry, we're full tonight." WHAT?! We booked our spots at least a month earlier! They turned us away to find some place else, in the middle of a busy season near Moab. Yeah right!!

This year we were disappointed in the state of things. The restrooms were never cleaned and always out of toilet paper or paper towels. Whenever we'd step into the office it was being used for meals that always smelled so strongly you couldn't hardly stand to be in there. As well you could hardly find anyone to help with check in. We watched multiple people wonder around trying to find the hosts when they pulled in without any luck, especially if they pulled into camp after 5. You couldn't ever reach them from the number they left either. If anyone tried to knock on the camper door they always seemed very put out in having to come out and help.
