We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great, relaxing stay. The campground is no frills, but is very inexpensive, especially compared to Moab prices, and has full hook-up. All the sites are under trees, which provides much needed shade. The town is definitely a bit spooky, and if not for my conversations with the owners, who were so nice and accommodating, we might have turned around and found somewhere else to stay. I'm glad we stayed here though - the drive to Moab is only 30 minutes and it was nice to come back to the quiet, shady calm at the end of the day. If you don't need a pool and fancy amenities that you can get in Moab, then this is the perfect play to stay. Take a couple of hours to drive back into Sego Canyon - it was so cool!

We pulled in really late but was able to find everything we needed. Bathroom was quite clean and looked nice. I was fascinated with the old hotel building. Pulled out early and didn't get a chance to explore more. Great stay.

Quite nice , shady spot for RV,s. close to N.P.s and Moab

No glam but safe, full hook ups and level (17) sites. Close to arches, dead horse and canyon land. Owners very nice and accomdating! They just bought it this spring, working on putting in restaurant too

Enjoyed our time at Johns . Small and very basic but still building. Just what we were after. Great access to a lot of outstanding country.Only thing missed was a fire pit.
